Johnny Lima - Made In California (Frontiers Records, December 1) - For pumped up, classic American style melodic hard rock, you don't get any better than Johnny Lima. His Def Leppard/Bon Jovi style anthems hit the spot perfectly and his long awaited new album won't disappoint. It's been a long time coming, but the new album could be his best t date. It features everything you could want, which is more high-energy, hook filled rockers and a couple of great hands in the air sing-a-long ballads. Old fans will be in heaven, new fans will be wondering why they didn't convert earlier.

Bonfire - Free (BMG, Out Now) - Bonfire's new album has fans polerized...the response have been mixed, but for me the jury is still out. The band have modernized their sound and tried a few new things. Some tracks work, come clearly don't, but there's still enough of the old band to appeal to some fans. Those holding out for and accepting only a return to the Point Blank are sound will be majorly disappointed

Woah..Johnmy Lima!!!
He just sent me a demo of his "Made In California" CD...and all I can say is that it's awesome. All the songs are amazing and he does a cover of The Beatles "HELP".
He's still waiting for the record company to figure out when they will release the actual CD.
I'm working with him doign graphics for his new website to come....Keep a look out for it.
